Manufactured with twin-ply construction of polypropylene non-woven spunbound layer and PP film, the product is unaffected by temperature change. An absorbent undersurface prevents condensation drip-off and A1 is lightweight, easy to cut and install. Can be used in all pitched roof constructions, whether insulation is at ceiling joist or rafter level. Providing a secondary line of defence against wind driven rain and snow after the roofcovering is installed, Protect A1 offers unrestricted use for wind uplift across the UK and Ireland using 345mm batten gauge. Completely water and air tight and is regularly used alongside an appropriate ventilation strategy.
